When The Players Realize Something's Wrong WITH THE First UID...

This is just my guess, The 0 UID players are probably the miHoYo developers itself who want to try the game, and for the 11-20 it's reserved for beta testers and for 21 and so on it's for public users. Me personnaly as an F2P players who play the game since the first week of the released already got like more than 100 thousand UID, but all I care is Freemogems or Free Primogems.
